Her experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations, and structuring of joint ventures.

In addition, Makena is also experienced in legal due diligences, business establishment and a wide range of corporate/commercial matters and has advised clients in the infrastructure, technology, financial services, energy, and telecommunications sectors.

Makena is a member of Law Society of Kenya and the Law Society of England and Wales.
