Carmin Cornelius is an Associate at ENS in the Intellectual Property practice.
Carmin specialises in trade mark prosecution including trade mark availability and registrability searches, filings, recordals, and restorations, locally and internationally.
Her experience includes advising on global brand management, portfolio audits, advising copyright related matters, and commercial IP advice. In addition, Carmin is also experienced in food and beverage product labelling and has advised clients in FMCG, food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), retail, telecommunications, financial services, technology and software service sectors / industries.
Carmin is a Trade Mark Practitioner in South Africa and is a fellow of SAIIPL.
