Mpho Duiker

Mpho Duiker is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice.
Mpho specialises in general corporate tax and advisory work, and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and group reorganisations. Her areas of expertise include advising on tax efficient holding and financing structures for M&A transactions, general tax structuring, i.e., identifying tax opportunities and mitigating tax risks, structuring support in preference share/loan funding structures, as well as buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence support.
In addition, Mpho is also experienced in advising clients on mining tax, renewable energy incentives, and empowerment deals, and has advised clients in the mining, investment funds, renewable energy, and TMT sectors.
Mpho is a member of the Law Society of South Africa.
