Raaid Fayker


practical experience
Raaid Fayker is an Associate at ENS in the Forensics practice and specialises in conducting investigations including workplace misconduct, theft, fraud cases, and other integrity related issues. In addition, his expertise extends to the detection and investigation of bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and other instances of financial crime.
Raaid’s experience includes, amongst others: (i) performing anti-bribery and anti-corruption due diligence enquiries into both entities and individuals; (ii) conducting lifestyle audits; (iii) conducting white-collar crime forensic investigations; (iv) advising clients in respect of anti-bribery and corruption legislation; and (v) facilitating criminal cases and consultation with the South African Police Services.
Prior to joining the Forensics practice, Raaid worked in the corporate commercial practice where he gained experience in private equity transactions, general corporate commercial transactions (including due diligence), mining transactions, group restructuring, franchising, M&A, commercial leases, corporate advice in relation to the Companies Act and JSE Listing Requirements and all aspects of general commercial work (including drafting of commercial agreements).
