Nicholas Petzwinkler
practical experience
Nicholas Petzwinkler is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice, with over four years’ experience in corporate transactional and advisory work.
Nicholas specialises in corporate and commercial law, where he advises predominantly on corporate re-organisations and restructurings, aspects of financial markets and securities legislation and regulation, corporate finance, project finance transactions and empowerment ventures across several sectors (including logistics, digital communication and natural resources).
Nicholas has expertise in all aspects of private equity, including legal due diligence in anticipation of acquisitions by PE funds of portfolio companies, portfolio and investment structuring, regulatory approvals, management incentives, recapitalisations following on altered investment horizons or other changed circumstances, disposal of portfolio companies, IPO’s and other exit strategies.
In addition, Nicholas is also experienced in competition and antitrust law and has advised international clients in the automotive, agricultural, and aviation industry.
