Janke Gouws is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice.
Janke specialises in international tax and direct corporate tax.
Her experience includes advising on international tax, direct corporate tax, withholding taxes, tax administration and tax compliance, as well as on tax-efficient acquisition restructure and funding structures.
In addition, Janke is also experienced in GloBE Pillar Two implementation and compliance and has advised clients in the mining, financial services, renewable energy and private equity sectors and/or industries.
