Joseph Harries
practical experience
Joseph Harries is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
Joseph specialises in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE).
His experience includes advising on corporate matters, the regulation and implementation of B-BBEE transactions, conducting due diligence investigations as well as drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.
In addition, Joseph also has additional experience in cross border project development and finance, general bank finance and debt capital markets and has advised clients in the private equity, mining and metals, renewables, financial institutions, sovereigns and ICT sectors and/or industries.
Joseph is a member of the Gauteng Legal Practice Council.
