Renata Nyakairu is an Associate at ENS in Uganda.

Renata specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring, tax and general corporate commercial advisory.  

Her experience includes advising clients in respect of corporate and commercial matters, M&A processes, conducting due diligence investigations and preparing and reviewing commercial transaction documents.

Renata also has experience in assisting companies in setting up their local operations in Uganda and with their regulatory compliance. Her experience further extends to advising clients on insolvency and business restructuring procedures.
