Phillip Muhumuza is an Associate at ENS in Uganda.
Phillip specialises in Alternative Dispute Resolution, civil, corporate and commercial litigation, employment practice and debt recovery.
His experience includes advising on an array of employment matters including but not limited to recruitment, termination and dismissal of employees. He also handles a number of land transaction, debt recovery, and family law related matters in the High Court and superior courts.
In addition, Phillip is also experienced in domestic arbitration in disputes arising in the commercial services sectors.
Phillip is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.

- LL.B (Hons), Uganda Christian University, Uganda
- Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Law Development Centre, Uganda
- Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto
