Naledi Ramoabi

Naledi Ramoabi is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial, Technology Media and Telecommunications practice.
Naledi specialises in information technology, telecommunications, and data protection, privacy and cybersecurity. She has acted for clients in a variety of sectors and industries, including telecommunications, financial services, software development, media, and non-profit and public benefit companies.
Her drafting and reviewing expertise extends to SaaS services agreements, software licence and maintenance services agreements, intellectual property licencing agreements, data privacy agreements and data privacy policies.
Naledi has advised clients, both foreign and local, on telecommunications laws in southern Africa. She has been involved in matters where she provided support to clients regarding telecommunications license applications and submitted written representations to the Regulator in respect of proposed telecommunications legislation in South Africa on behalf of clients.
Her experience in providing data privacy and protection advice to clients includes drafting legal opinions and memorandums on data privacy and protection regulations in South Africa and other African jurisdictions. She also facilitates training on data privacy and protection laws and assists client with data breach and cybersecurity incident management.
