Linda Mahlangu
practical experience
Linda Mahlangu is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice. He has local and international experience having previously worked for a globally renowned US law firm in its London, England offices.
Linda specialises in acquisition leveraged finance, real estate finance, trade finance, debt restructuring and general corporate finance.
His experience consists of advising commercial banks and non-bank lenders on various cross-border financing transactions, including on a "certain-funds" basis. He also has experience advising sponsors and corporate borrowers on raising debt for varying purposes.
In addition, Linda is also experienced in acting as local counsel for foreign financial institutions and/or borrowers on cross-border transactions, and has advised clients in the media, mining, real estate and public sectors and/or industries. Conversely, he has experience in managing local counsel in various jurisdictions on syndicated cross-border finance transactions.
