Andisiwe Sipamla is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Andisiwe specialises in all areas of dispute resolution, including general and commercial litigation, constitutional litigation, mine occupational health and safety and commercial arbitrations.
Her experience includes advising on human rights law, public regulatory, labour law and data protection.
In addition, Andisiwe is also experienced in class actions, advising companies in the telecommunications sector on licensing and regulatory requirements.
Andisiwe is a member of Gauteng Legal Practice Council, Canon Collins Trust Alumni.
