Violet Molefe is an Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restucturing and Business Rescue practice. She has worked on matters where we have advised financial institutions, private companies, state owned institutions and other corporate clients on various aspects of commercial litigation.

As an associate, she has experience in drafting liquidation and sequestration applications, assisting in preparing memorandums and legal opinions on issues relating to various aspects of commercial litigation including the perfection of security, contractual disputes and the National Credit Act, 34 of 2005,
