Jean Claude Nshimiyimana
practical experience
Jean Claude Nshimiyimana is an Associate at ENS in Rwanda.
He has advised clients on matters relating to business incorporation/registration and structuring, winding up of local and foreign companies, intellectual property, real estate transactions including conveyancing and due diligence investigations, banking and finance, technology, media, and telecommunication (TMT).
His areas of specialisation include corporate and commercial, competition/antitrust, merging and acquisition, intellectual property, banking and finance, real estate transactions, technology, media, and telecommunication (TMT), tax, energy and infrastructure, environment, employment and immigration matters.
Prior to joining ENS, he has been working with a Non-Government Organisation operating in Human Rights.
He is fluent both in English and Kinyarwanda, and possesses basic knowledge of French and Swahili.
