Vione specialises in tax law, corporate and commercial law and mergers and acquisition.

Her experience includes advising national and multinational enterprises from varied industries on a wide range of tax matters ranging from corporate direct and indirect tax compliance, cross border transactions, deals tax advisory, tax due diligence, corporate restructuring as well as managing tax audits and resolving tax disputes.
