Jade Courtney

Jade Courtney is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Intellectual Property practice.
Jade specialises in trade mark prosecution including trade mark availability and registrability searches, filings, recordals, IP due diligences, locally and internationally. Jade has advised clients in the entertainment, FMCG, tobacco, retail, telecommunications, luxury goods, financial services, confectionary, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages industries to name a few.
Her experience includes global brand management and strategic planning, large scale portfolio audits, advising on trade mark and copyright litigation, copyright advice, food labelling, commercial IP advice, locally and internationally.
In addition, Jade is a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner in South Africa.
