Tanveer Huldarowa is an Associate and Barrister-at-Law at ENS in Mauritius.
He specialises in general corporate and commercial law.
He has assisted in various mergers and acquisition transactions, encompassing tasks such as drafting or reviewing of sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and constitutional documents. He has also contributed to the management and execution of several due diligence exercises, alongside providing assistance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance issues.
Tanveer’s experience extends to advising on various commercial contracts, regulatory matters and data protection.
Tanveer is a member of The Honourable Society of The Middle Temple and the Mauritius Bar Association.
