Muhammed Moti is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Muhammed specialises in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
He has acted for listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries, including the construction and mining industries.
His experience includes advising multinational clients on all aspects of dispute resolution and arbitration, as well as on administrative law and constitutional law litigation; housing, regulatory, municipal and government matters.
Muhammed is a member of the Legal Practice Council (formerly Law Society of the Northern Provinces).
