Wayne Rukero
practical experience
Wayne Rukero is an Associate at ENSafrica | Namibia.
Wayne specialises in general corporate commercial law with a niche in natural resources law (energy, mining and environmental law); tax law and legal policy and/or regulatory law.
His experience includes advising clients on issues relating to the Namibian energy sector; conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and review of various corporate commercial agreements and status opinions.
In addition, Wayne is also experienced in general civil litigation, debt collection, estates administration and conveyancing.
He is a member of the Law Society of Namibia and further serves as a legal consultant of the Network of Former Youth Delegates to the United Nations and as a Board Member of the Afronomics Law Academic Forum for Southern Africa.
