Jualeen Swanepoel is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice.
Jualeen specialises in tax law with a focus on corporate domestic and international tax matters.
Her experience includes advising clients on the various tax implications applicable to funding transactions and corporate restructures.
In addition, Jualeen is experienced in tax controversy and dispute resolution matters, and has advised clients in a variety of industries including mining, banking and financial services, and private entities.
Jualeen is a member of the Law Society of South Africa.
