Kim Vova is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.
Kim specialises in employment litigation and general employment law.
Her experience includes advising on various employment law related issues such as unfair dismissals, automatically unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices, organizational rights, and collective bargaining.
In addition, Kim is also experienced in drafting and preparing documents in the CCMA, Labour Court and High Court, providing opinions in employment law related matters, preparing and assisting in employment litigation, including disciplinary enquiries, conducting extensive research on employment law related issues, and has advised clients in the motor, auto, engineering, food processing, clothing and textile, human settlements, mining and manufacturing sectors and/or industries.
Kim is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law.
