Michelle Clague is an Associate at ENSafrica in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Michelle specializes in general commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.
Her experience includes advising on contractual disputes, delictual matters, and the interpretation and application of a variety of statutes applicable to various public and private bodies.
In addition, Michelle is also experienced in construction law and has advised clients in the industries of construction management, property development, project management, architecture, engineering, building and quantity surveying.
