Bernice Mortey is an Associate at ENS in Ghana.

Bernice specialises in corporate and commercial dispute resolution in the areas of employment and labour, debt recovery, contracts and alternate dispute resolution.

Her experience includes advising on employment and labour matters, breach of contracts, contract negotiations, land title registration disputes among others.

In addition, Bernice is also experienced in contract drafting and has advised clients in the minerals & mining industry, construction, and oil and gas sectors and/or industries.

Bernice is a member of Ghana Bar Association & a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
