Lucrecia Sadhaseevan is an Associate at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice.

Lucrecia specialises in Project Finance, Project Development, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), Energy and Infrastructure Transactions.

Her specialisation also extends to the Corporate and Commercial practice including but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Company Incorporations, Company Deregistrations and Reinstatements, Corporate Structuring and Restructurings, Equity Transactions, and Formation of Joint Ventures.  

Apart from advising international clients specifically in the United Kingdom, and clients in the African region such as Cameroon, Zimbabwe, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, her experience within South Africa includes advising Fortune 500 companies, companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) (including the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) divisions of leading national banks) and state owned entities in the banking and finance, energy, engineering and construction, infrastructure, mining, procurement and transport industries.

In addition, Lucrecia is experienced in advising on transactions under South Africa’s Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP) and the Risk Mitigation Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (RMIPPPP) regarding the financing, incorporation, construction and operation of several wind, solar photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) energy projects, and is experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a diversity of commercial and project finance agreements.

Lucrecia is a member of the Legal Practice Council (LPC), the Innovation Law Club Africa (ILCA), and the South African Legal Technology (SALT) Network.
