Gambu specialises in local and cross-border transactions, focusing on M&A, private equity, corporate restructurings and advising on general corporate and commercial law matters.
He has acted for various local and international clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, private equity, property, and manufacturing services, in respect of both publicly listed and private unlisted transactions. He has also acted for various high-net worth family offices and private equity firms with African focused impact investments throughout Africa.
