Ayesha Arend-Cottle is an Associate at ENS in the Property practice.
Ayesha specialises in property law.
Her experience includes the preparation of conveyancing documentation and advising on residential property transfer registrations, sectional title property registrations forming part of new developments, estate transfer registrations, drafting of agreements of lease and agreements of sale.
In addition, Ayesha is also experienced in the drafting of conventional and Shariah compliant wills, the administration of estates and has advised clients on the Islamic laws of inheritance in South Africa.
