Moses Ayiku is an Associate at ENS in Ghana.
Moses specialises in general corporate commercial, fintech, energy and general land matters.
His experience includes advising on general corporate commercial matters, corporate governance and regulatory matters, employment and labour matters as well as land matters.
In addition, Moses is also experienced in conducting legal due diligences, drafting corporate agreements and general land agreements and has advised clients in the energy, fintech, mining and communication sectors and/or industries.
Moses is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
