Michael Papas in an Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice.
He has acted for various large financial institutions, liquidators and business rescue practitioners and specialises in corporate recoveries, business rescue, insolvency, and the restructuring of debt and security.
His experience includes drafting liquidation and sequestration applications, the extension of liquidators’ powers, drafting particulars of claims, business rescue matters, recoveries and other insolvency-related litigation and proceedings.
