Courtney-Jayne Dykes is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Projects practice. Courtney-Jayne specialises in banking, distressed debt and restructuring, financing transactions, debt capital markets, crypto assets and block-chain and regulatory work. Her experience includes advising on the raising of finance for financial institutions and the granting of loans, assisting corporates and banks with corporate re-organisations and assisting her team with advising commercial banks, state-owned entities and other commercial entities in the banking and financial sector with regulatory matters. In addition, Courtney-Jayne is also experienced in assisting her team with banking license applications for esteemed clients and has advised clients on exchange control matters and advising on the global Libor transition across product suites of her executive’s clients, in their capacities as both lender and borrower. |
Courtney-Jayne is a member of the Law Society of South Africa.
