Themba Maduna is an Associate in ENS’ employment practice. Themba specialises in a broad spectrum of employment law such as restructuring, restraint of trade agreements, unfair dismissals, and unfair labour practices. In addition, Themba is also experienced in reviewing and drafting employment contracts and policies, drafting and preparing documents in CCMA, Labour Court and High Court, assisting in disciplinary proceedings, and investigations and has advised clients in a number of sectors including the automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, media and broadcasting, aviation, advertising, banking, mining, logistics, retail and manufacturing sectors and/or industries. Themba is a member of SASLAW. |

- BA (Honours) in Philosophy (Summa Cum Laude) (University of the Free State)
- LLB (Cum Laude)(University of the Free State)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
