Amy Strous is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Amy specialises in commercial dispute resolution through court proceedings and arbitration. She has assisted in both National and International litigious matters.
Her experience includes advising and acting for clients in matters relating to administrative law, company law, constitutional law, construction law, contract law and public law.
In addition, Amy is also experienced in drafting legal opinions and memoranda relating to contractual disputes and reviewing companies’ litigious risk profiles in preparation of due diligence reports.

- BA with Law (University of the Witwatersrand)
- LLB (Cum Laude) (University of the Witwatersrand)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
