Sphiwe Dlamini

Sphiwe Dlamini is an Associate at ENS in the Competition practice.
Sphiwe has been involved in matters in a variety of industries including aviation, logistics, gambling, construction, mining, financial services, food producers and oil & gas and the pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors.
Sphiwe has experience in providing advice on notifiability of mergers and preparing merger notifications for large multijurisdictional mergers in various African jurisdictions, assisting clients in dawn raids as well as experience in contested and uncontested litigation in respect of prohibited practices (including cartel conduct, restrictive vertical practices and abuse of dominance).
Sphiwe has advised clients in respect of general competition advice and compliance (opinions, strategic advice and general advice), due diligence investigations and assisting clients with queries from the competition authorities in various African jurisdictions.
Sphiwe is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners and has authored various competition law-related articles for Business Law and Tax Review and the European Competition Law Review.
