Helena Graham is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Project Development and Project Finance practice.
Helena specialises in corporate restructures, corporate finance, empowerment transactions, joint ventures and due diligence investigations all within the projects environment.
Her experience includes advising on project development structuring, risk identification and allocation and reviewing, drafting, commenting and negotiating various project structuring agreements (including share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, memoranda of incorporation, shareholders’ agreements and other debt and equity funding arrangements).
In addition, Helena is experienced in commercial litigation and has advised clients on various aspects of dispute resolution, regulatory, mining, municipal and government matters. She has represented clients in the public sector, various large corporates, local banks, insurers and pension funds.
