Jessie Gertzen

Jessie Gertzen is an Associate at ENS in the Emloyment practice.
Jessie specialises in employment litigation and compliance as well as in individual, collective and general employment law.
Her experience includes advising clients in various sectors on a wide array of employment matters, ranging from investigations, employment equity, industrial action, business reorganisations and transfers, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, conducting due diligences, dismissals, and incapacity processes.
In addition, Jessie has advised clients in the mining, construction and energy, aviation, chemicals, public sector, pharmaceuticals, health care sector, telecommunications, transport, and/or industries.
Jessie is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law.
