Lindo Ntuli


practical experience
Lindo Ntuli is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Banking and Finance practice. He has experience in general banking and finance, debt finance, fintech, financial markets; financial services; banking regulation; and consumer and data protection. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LL. B) from UFS, Masters of Law (LL.M) in Private Law from UCT, and a second Master’s Degree in Business and Economics from Asia’s top ranked Tsinghua University. |
While pursuing his first Master’s Degree at UCT, he worked as a LLM Legal Researcher at UCT’s Mineral Law in Africa, Private Law Department. Thereafter, he went on to work at Beijing’s Zhong Lun law firm as a Legal Analyst in Cross-Border Investment and M&A. His experience has been in transactional and regulatory work experience advising major domestic and international clients in the banking, financial services and markets sectors.
