Anne-Lise is an Associate at ENSafrica l Mauritius.
She specialises in general corporate and commercial law.
Anne-Lise’s experience includes drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, constitution and shareholders’ agreements. In addition, she also has experience in advising local and international clients and financial institutions on a range of tax and trust issues.
Anne-Lise also performed Anti Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation (“AML/CFT”) for investment holding companies in Mauritius.
