Tevin specialises in contentious Intellectual Property matters worldwide (including trade mark, copyright, unlawful competition, company name objections, social media infringements and domain name issues).

His background in Intellectual Property is not limited to contentious matters as he also has experience dealing with the availability, registrability and prosecution of trade marks.

Tevin assists local and international clients to formulate practical strategies to protect, enforce and strengthen their Intellectual Property rights in numerous territories.
