Jennifer Tweneboah-Koduah is a Senior Associate at ENS in Ghana.
Jennifer specialises in commercial dispute resolution and arbitration.
Her experience includes advising on and representing clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, breach of contract disputes. Labour and industrial relations, product/manufacturer’s liability, intellectual property disputes and general debt recoveries.
In addition, Jennifer is also experienced in tax law and has advised clients in the energy, mining, construction, telecommunication, automobile and fast-moving consumer goods sectors and/or industries
