Joseph Tembe is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Banking and Finance practice.
Joseph specialises in general banking and finance transactions.
His experience includes advising on local law governed term and revolving loan facility agreements as well as amendment and restatements.
In addition, Joseph is also experienced in providing general advice as to relevant banking and finance matters including any regulatory/corporate requirements in the execution of finance agreements and required local approvals; and has advised clients in the mining, agricultural and commercial property sectors and/or industries.

- Bachelor of Arts (University of the Witwatersrand)
- Bachelor of Laws (University of the Witwatersrand)
- Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
