Thubelihle Shange is an associate in ENSafrica's Banking and Finance department.
She specialises in leveraged finance, debt and equity finance, trade finance, debt restructures, debt capital markets and corporate and commercial law.
She has acted for clients in the private and public sector and in various industries including, transport, agriculture, mining etc. She has experience representing the banks, development finance institutions and private equity companies in local and cross boarder transactions.
