Mame Amoateng

Mame Amoateng is a Senior Associate at ENS in the dispute resolution practice.
Mame specialises in commercial dispute resolution in High Court litigation, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Her experience includes advising local and international clients in contention and non-contentious matters involving general commercial law disputes, debt recovery and administrative law reviews and appeals of the decisions of organs of state and regulatory bodies.
In addition, Mame is also experienced in administrative law, consumer protection and risk management and has advised clients in the real estate and retail, sectors and/or industries.
Mame is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa and Penn State Alumni Association.
