Linda Sheehan

Linda Sheehan is Head of intelligENS and an Executive at ENS in the intelligENS practice.
She leads complex, cross-border data-related matters relating to disputes, regulatory investigations, and corporate transactions, adopting best-in-class technology. Linda is a former solicitor of England and Wales, one of the first to be awarded AI Visionary in EMEA in 2024, and the first in Africa to be awarded Relativity Master. Linda was also a finalist in a global innovation and security award in 2023.
Linda has worked with clients on a range of complex matters, involving regulatory investigations by the US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the South African Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA), the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), and the South African Competition Commission; disciplinary proceedings in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA); forensic investigations involving the South African Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the UK Bribery Act; as well as various international mediation, arbitration, and litigation matters. These include large-scale discovery exercises for high-profile Serious Fraud Office litigation in the UK, construction arbitration in China, and multi-jurisdictional financial services litigation in Europe.
Linda’s blend of deep legal knowledge, technical acumen, and years of practical experience positions her at the forefront of data-driven dispute resolution and investigation strategy. She is recognised as a thought leader on the global stage, including speaking at leading international legal technology and AI conferences such as LegalWeek New York, ILTA (virtually and in London), Relativity Fest (Chicago and London), and Legal Innovation & Tech Fest (Johannesburg), on topics including generative AI, cyber breach, and more.
