Laksha Juddoo
practical experience
Laksha Juddoo is a senior associate and barrister at ENSafrica | Mauritius. She specialises in general corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, cross-border transactions, and general corporate matters.
She has acted for a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors, including listed and unlisted companies and financial institutions.
Laksha’s experience includes negotiating and drafting of sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, supplier agreements and commercial contracts. In addition, she is also experienced in advising on regulatory issues, insolvency and corporate governance matters.
She has also conducted and managed a number of due diligence investigations and is experienced in the preparation of due diligence reports.
