Priyanka Raath is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice. She specialises in information technology and data protection, privacy and cybersecurity.
Priyanka has acted for clients in a variety of sectors and industries, including mining, telecommunications, financial services and insurance and software development.
Her experience includes advising on complex technology and outsourcing transactions, such as those involving the metaverse and the implementation of responsible artificial intelligence (AI). She assists clients, both local and international, in becoming compliant with privacy laws and maintaining that compliance.
Priyanka also has expertise in digitization strategy, platform and website compliance, advertising, marketing, data protection, privacy and cybersecurity compliance audits, compliance risk assessments, and remediation. Additionally, she is experienced in investigating, containing, and remediating data breaches and cybersecurity incidents.
