Joshua Davis


practical experience
Joshua Davis is an Associate in ENSafrica's Dispute Resolution practice.
Joshua specialises in commercial litigation, administrative law, and constitutional law.
His experience includes litigation concerning banking regulations and, in particular closure of bank accounts; defamation; contractual disputes; Government procurement and other administrative action; and hate speech and other issues of constitutional law.
Subsequent to completing his articles at ENSafrica, Joshua clerked at the Constitutional Court for Justice Leona Theron and, thereafter, worked as a researcher at the University of Johannesburg’s South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Public, Human Rights, and International Law.
