Gosego Moroka

Gosego Moroka is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
He specialises in advising private and listed companies in a number of industries relating to M&A, financial services law, shareholder arrangements and general corporate commercial law.
He has acted for some of the major institutions, such as banks and other financial institutions. He has also acted for local and international clients in a variety of industries.
Gosego’s practise experience includes drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including transactional agreements, memoranda of incorporation, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreement, board, shareholders’ and trustee resolutions and sale of business agreements. He has also been involved in conducting a number of due diligence investigations. He has also assisted clients with preparation of submissions to the Prudential Authority and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority.
