Corné Moodie is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
He specialises in Corporate Commercial law.
His experience includes M&A transactions (including the provision of structuring advice, conducting and managing due diligence investigations, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory submissions, and managing the fulfilment of transaction conditions and implementation), group restructures, general commercial arrangements (including intra-group and third party services arrangements) and advising on ad hoc corporate law queries. He regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions on the continent.
Corné has advised clients in a variety of sectors and industries, including private equity, banking, insurance, fintech and shipping.
