Kamohelo Masubele is an Associate in ENSafrica's Corporate Commercial practice. 

He has acted for clients in a variety of sectors and industries including assisting and representing clients during investigation proceedings and formal inquiry proceedings in terms of both the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 ("MHSA") and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 ("OHASA"). Assisting in the institution of review applications in the Labour Court of South Africa regarding decisions to impose administrative fines on employers and has assisted clients in the conduct of appeal proceedings in the Labour Court regarding decisions by the Chief Inspectors of Mines. Advising clients and furnishing legal opinions on legislative requirements in terms of the MHSA, OHASA, the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 ("COIDA").
