Kamohelo Masubele is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganisations, corporate finance and general corporate commercial matters.
He acts for local and international, listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries.
Kamohelo’s experience includes advising clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, conducting due diligence investigations as well as preparing legal opinions on various corporate and commercial matters.
In addition, Kamohelo is also experienced in Mining and Occupational Health and Safety Law.
