Trisha Jivan is an associate in ENSafrica's Project Development and Project Finance practice.

She specialises in Project Development, Project Finance, Infrastructure Development, Corporate Commercial Law, Public Procurement and Energy Law.

Her experience includes working with both private sector and public sector clients, including public and private companies, state-owned entities, government departments and regulatory bodies to which she has provided advice on various types of projects and commercial transactions.

Trisha has acted for clients in a variety of sectors and industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, public finance management and municipal law, electricity commercial and regulatory, rail, road and port.
