Sharleen Obeng is an Associate at ENSafrica | Ghana.
She specialises in corporate and commercial practice. She has acted for clients in a variety of sectors and industries, including Telecoms Media Technology (TMT), manufacturing companies and distributors of fast-moving consumer goods.
Her experience includes advising on distribution partnerships, IP infringements, company set up and registration of products with the Food & Drugs Authority (FDA)
